1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ScaleLens AI Technologies offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address used at checkout, and submit a refund request.
  • Email our support team at support@scalelens.ai with your order ID or the email address used at checkout, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
